Nicolas Hübner has more than twelve years of experience in private equity, investment banking and entrepreneurial investments. Before Hübner Invest, he spent more than six years as a partner at MADAUS Capital Partners, working on direct investments, co-investments and buy-and-build strategies.

His entrepreneurial approach to investing goes beyond providing capital, with the ambition to help shape investments actively from the initial idea through to execution.
Nicolas’ involvement often begins long before the investment itself: originating and structuring new investments, bringing together operating teams and the right partners, developing investment and financing structures, and opening access to selected co-investors.
Throughout the investment journey, he remains closely involved as a sparring partner, particularly on strategy, governance, M&A and financing. He draws on experience from previous platform strategies to support the development of new investments.
Nicolas combines his own capital and an established network of entrepreneurial families, investors and industry partners with extensive transaction and execution experience.
