We rely on our own judgement, make decisions and take responsibility for their consequences.
Entrepreneurship is our DNA.
We invest with people and teams we trust, whose judgement we value and whose values align with ours. Even the most compelling investment thesis can only fulfil its potential with the right people.
We think in generations rather than short-term cycles. We aim to preserve what has proved its worth and develop it further where change opens up new possibilities.
We work personally, directly and confidentially with entrepreneurs, families and partners, united by shared principles and mutual trust.
